Coco Beach is located just north of downtown Puerto Armuelles, on a long stretch of sandy beach, with a rapidly growing community. There are about 7 homes currently built and several more under construction. The entry monuments and guard houses are done and much of the infrastructure is in place. There is a restaurant/Club House, with a swimming pool for use by residents and guests. Lot 36 is located in the center of the subdivision, with easy access to the beach, pool, and clubhouse by a short walk.
